Strategic Elements welcomes seasoned communicator and leader, Ann McCain, to its senior leadership team. Ann will serve as Chief of Staff for the firm, bringing more than 25 years of public affairs, non-profit, business, and professional management experience to the team.

Before joining the coast-to-coast team, McCain served as the Senior Director of Advocacy for the American Clean Power Association (ACP), the leading voice of the U.S. clean power industry. In her role, she led ACP’s state coalitions program and national grassroots network in support of clean energy industry priorities. In addition, Ann has a decade of experience working with DCI Group, a global public affairs firm, managing field campaigns for corporate energy, telecom, and healthcare clients. With an eye for navigating growth and developing talent, Ann brings years of strategic planning to the firm’s award-winning team.

“Ann McCain offers a unique perspective to her work,” Strategic Elements President and CEO Christine Stineman said. “Her experience leading grassroots field campaigns and managing public affairs field operatives in fifty states brings a new eye to our team’s clients and internal development.”

In 2015, she launched McCain Strategies, a consulting firm offering public affairs support, as well as communications and management strategies for the workplace, including helping individuals and organizations successfully navigate the multigenerational workplace.

“We’ve had the opportunity to work with Ann McCain from a client-facing and collaborative perspective,” Strategic Elements Founder and Chief Strategist John Stineman said. “Prior to joining the team, Ann was familiar with the incredible work that we do, which only amplifies her potential in this new role.”

Ann plans to bring her deep commitment to advancing business priorities by strengthening culture and developing talent to the Strategic Elements team and its client base.

“The team at Strategic Elements reaches a comprehensive and unique solution for every client,” Ann McCain said. “I’m eager to work alongside the team’s dynamic leadership and bring bold ideas to create incredible results for clients.”
