Elizabeth Silva

Public Affairs Director

Elizabeth Silva is a Public Affairs Director for strategic efforts overseeing a team specializing in project management and client services.

Before joining Strategic Elements, Elizabeth served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Management Specialist. Within two years on station, Elizabeth earned her commission. She began her new position as a Nuclear Missile Operations Officer stationed at Minot, North Dakota, where she went on to earn her promotion to Captain. Silva gained extensive experience during her time of service in project and operations management and high-Intensity, specialty training.

Committed to community service and leadership, Elizabeth has devoted volunteer time with several local nonprofits during her time with the United States Air Force and in her time with Strategic Elements. Liz sought key leadership opportunities in her philanthropic work, including serving as Chair for the Air Force Ball, President of the Company Grade Officer Council, championing the base’s first Green Team, and fostering airmen’s innovation as a project manager with team BULLYwerx.

Today, Elizabeth volunteers with the local Alzheimer’s Association.
