Our digital practice builds on extensive digital advocacy, social media community building, and online advertising experience. Our team combines end-to-end data with customized channel strategies to deliver results, through audience identification and insights, creative message deployment, and honed channel best practices and optimization approaches.  


Our fully remote social media associate will be responsible for a multitude of social media and digital activities, specifically with political, advocacy, and corporate clients across owned, earned, and amplified channels. These activities will span social media and digital advertising channels, as well as support web copy, email distribution, and reporting. We are seeking a motivated individual, that is passionate about digital advocacy, to join our fast-growing digital team, and who keeps up with industry trends and evolutions.  

  • Social media account and comment monitoring 
  • Social media content development  
  • Social media content scheduling  
  • Social media metrics and analytics reporting support 
  • Social listening report support 
  • Supporting social media and digital ad campaigns 
  • Website content support  
  • Email content support  
  • Ability to respond and present oneself in a professional and timely manner  
  • Create, manage and meet project plans and timelines  
  • Assist with research for current clients and business development  
  • Assist with virtual events  
  • Offer creative ideas to meet client objectives  
  • Consistently strive to increase knowledge of the public relations and public affairs field, as well as our client’s business  
  • Communicate effectively across all written and verbal communications  
  • Provide attention to detail and the ability to multitask in an organized manner  
  • Strive to gain and improve basic understanding of current events, media, legislative processes at the state and federal level  
  • Ongoing learning of emerging digital trends to support client objectives  


  • Aptitude in using the following:  
    • Microsoft Office  
    • Social channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and Reddit, as a marketing or advocacy tool  
    • Social media channel analytics and metrics 
    • Google analytics  
    • SproutSocial (or similar social scheduler)  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, political science, communications or related field  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • At least one year of full-time work experience in digital marketing or digital advocacy  
  • Preference to individuals who have worked in political, government affairs, public relations or public affairs  
  • Master’s Degree in political science, political management, business, public relations, communications, or related field 
  • Familiarity with the following:  
    • Canva  
    • Asana  
    • Google Ad Manager (or other DSP)  
    • Meta Business Manager  
    • LinkedIn Ad Manager  
    • Twitter Ads  
    • MailChimp (or similar email distribution service)  
    • Social listening

Pay range dependent upon experience: $40,000-60,000
